Founder & Director

Mr. Navaneethan S

Civil Service Aspirant turned Mentor

A graduate in Civil Engineering and History, Navaneethan began his career as a Design Engineer at a leading MNC before transitioning to mentoring driven by his passion for guiding aspirants. With over 10 years of mentoring experience at reputed institutes across Chennai, he has trained thousands of students for UPSC, TNPSC, SSC and beyond.

Having personally written 5 UPSC Civil Services Mains, 5 TNPSC Group 1 Mains, and attended 2 Personality Test Boards, he brings unmatched real-exam perspective to every session. He served in Tamil Nadu Government Services (Group II cadre) and is the Founder-President of OLI Organisation — an NGO active across Tamil Nadu and Kerala in education and social welfare.
